These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of annurya.com and any wellness SEO, AI visibility, content marketing, website design, or related services ("Services") provided by Annurya ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Annurya provides SEO, AI visibility (GEO), content marketing, personal branding, website design and Google Business Profile management, primarily for wellness coaches, therapists, Heilpraktiker, nutritionists, fitness trainers and related health professionals. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for any engagement are set out separately in a proposal, quote, or service agreement provided to you before work begins — these Terms don't replace that agreement, they sit alongside it.
Search engine and AI platform rankings are determined by Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and other third parties, using criteria that change over time and that we don't control. While we apply established SEO and AI-visibility practices, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Case studies and results shown on this site reflect specific past clients and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other business.
Health and wellness marketing is often subject to advertising regulations specific to your country or profession (for example, restrictions on health claims). While we write with these regulations in mind where we're aware of them, you remain responsible for ensuring your published content complies with the specific regulations that apply to your profession and location.
Fees, payment schedules and any deposit requirements are agreed separately per engagement. Late or non-payment may result in pausing or ending work in progress. Specific refund terms, if any, will be set out in your individual service agreement rather than here.
Once paid in full, content, designs and code we create specifically for you become your property, except for any third-party tools, stock assets, or pre-existing Annurya frameworks/templates used to build it, which we retain rights to and license to you for use on your own site. We may reference completed client work (with your permission) as a case study or portfolio piece.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annurya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or this website, including loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
Our site and Services may reference or link to third-party tools and websites (Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, hosting providers, directory listings, etc.). We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement per the notice terms set out in the individual service agreement. Work already completed and payable up to the termination date remains due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of the country from which you access this site or receive Services — unless a separate signed agreement with you specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
